    • In the family bible, which was written in Grandma Dahl's handwriting (Karen Fredricksen), she spelled dad's name this way but he always used Louie as his signature.
    • Karen's mother, Randi Iversdatter Skjellum died the same day he was born. He was born in the morning and Randi died in the afternoon.
